Gathered by Grace reaches out to young adults and students in the Montgomery and Tuskegee areas.  They meet on Tuesday nights for dinner and dialogue at 6:30 pm at Newk’s 7880 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, AL and the First Thursday of every month in Tuskegee at 6:30 pm at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 701 W. East Tennessee State University - Johnson City, TN.  Supported by Our Savior Lutheran Church.  The Ministry meets on Monday’s at 8:00 pm in Room 1 on the 3rd floor of the Culp Center.  Cotact Pastor Ed Myers at or 423-282-2313.

University of Tennessee - Knoxville, TN.  Tyson House Lutheran Episcopal Campus Ministry is located at 824 Melrose Place, Knoxville, TN.  Join us for dinner and worship each Sunday evening from 6:04 pm - 8:30 pm.  Most Tuesday’s from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Smokey’s Pantry is open.  We focus on services to students, faculty, and staff of our university who can receive groceries and hygiene products.  Contact John Tirro at or 865-637-2031.

University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, TN.  Project Canterbury is an Epicopal Lutheran ministry which meets at Christ Church, 663 Douglas St. Chattanooga, TN.  We gather together for a free meal and worship on Thursday nights at 7:37 pm and on Tuesday nights at 5:00 pm we gather to prepare food and go downtown to share it wth the poor and homeless.  For more information visit or contact Project Canterbury at or 423-451-6882.


University of Georgia - Athens, GA.  Supported by Holy Cross Lutheran Church the ministry meets for dinner at 7:00 pm on Sunday evenings and on Tuesday evenings at 8:00 pm for worship at the UGA Presbyterian Center located at 1250 Lumpkin Street.  Contact Pastor Nathan Hilkert at 706-548-3329 or

Georgia Tech University, Agnes Scott College, Georgia State University and Emory University - Atlanta, GA.  Gracehouse, a Lutheran Episcopal Campus Ministry is located at 182 5th Street NW, Atlanta, GA.  Join us for THRIVE on Tuesday nights at 6:03 pm for a free dinner, small group conversations and live music.  Then on Thursdays stop in for free coffee from 1:00 - 6:00 pm.  We worship on Sundays at Redeemer Lutheran at the 9:45 am or 11:00 am services or at All Saints Episcopal at 5:30 pm.  For more information visit or email the

Starting Something New?

The ELCA Southeastern Synod Campus Ministry has funds set aside for current ministries to start something new or a congregation wanting to start a campus ministry.  Funding to start something new can be sometimes hard to find, let us help.  Maximum Grants amounts are $1,000.
