Location: TBA (but definitely in-person)
an ONLINE gathering of all youth (6th-12th grade) of the Southeastern Synod,
especially those from Tennessee
We will explore what it means to SHARE OUR GOSPEL STORY together by gathering online and learning how God is active in our lives, even when we don't realize it!
And this is what sets our SOUL ON FIRE!
The Advocacy Policy Council will benefit from the presence of Intern, Sarah Parson, during February and March.
Sarah is a senior at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and has been an active member at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lilburn, GA, for 15 years. She has attended Affirm, National Youth Gathering, and All-GA, as a youth participant, which she credits with helping develop a strong relationship with God, which she continues to work on as a young adult. At Dickinson she studies Law and Policy specifically, with intersections of social justice work, with an emphasis on Environment and Care of Creation. We welcome Sarah as a coworker in our Advocacy efforts.
