(While "Tennessee" is in the title of this event, we welcome ALL youth in 6th - 12th grade!)

"Vocation across the Academy"
Newberry College asks for your support of the Vocation across the Academy through a donation to the project, mini-grants, or travel scholarships.
ALL DONATIONS MADE THROUH MAY 31 WILL BE MATCHED - DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR
PURPOSE: Making meaningful vocation and engaged citizenship real for all Newberry College students.
GOAL = Designing a 4-year pathway for students
Grant Activities: A Closer Look:
- Department / Program Mini Grants
- Campus departments may choose to apply for mini-grants to support student program development. For example:
- Reimagine their introductory course
- develop a community-based project that bridges classroom learning and civi leadership
- redesign their internship program
- Faculty Grants for Travel Courses
- Student Scholarships for Travel Courses

Bishop Strickland is a proud Newberry College alumnus. The Southeastern Synod invites you to consider a gift to our ministry partner, Newberry College. Please consider a
special love offering that will go to Newberry College Muller Center’s Vocation across the Academy Program – a unique part of their educational ministry which helps college students explore God’s purpose for their lives and engage God’s world through vocational exploration, ethical inquiry, and civic engagement.
All donations received by May 31 will be matched dollar-for-dollar through a special grant opportunity now available to the Muller Center – Vocation across the Academy Program!
